Lamicare DRO Uganda is deeply rooted in the principle that true change comes from centring the voices and leadership of persons with disabilities. Our membership structure includes significant representation of persons with disabilities on our Board of Directors — reflecting this commitment in practice, not just in policy.
We operate with transparency and accountability. Our financial management is rigorous and subject to independent audits. We maintain zero tolerance for corruption and fraud, with robust policies on conflicts of interest and data privacy.
