Programme leadership at scale

The Director of Programmes provides strategic oversight of Lamicare’s five focus areas: Advocacy & Policy Reform, Leadership & Empowerment, Inclusive Education & Livelihoods, Civic Participation, and Strategic Partnerships.

This role combines programme rigour with genuine commitment to the communities we serve — ensuring that persons with disabilities shape design, delivery and evaluation of every intervention.
