Lamicare DRO Uganda is headquartered at the Wakiso District Headquarters Office. From this base we work with persons with disabilities, families, local leaders, schools and partners to uphold dignity, challenge stigma and build inclusive communities.

Our programmes focus on persons with disabilities and the systems that shape their opportunities — education, livelihoods, civic life and policy.
Primary operational base: advocacy, leadership training, inclusive education support and community outreach.
Collaboration with government, civil society and disability-led organisations across Uganda to advance rights and inclusion.
Through 2026–2030 we aim to deepen quality and expand reach so more persons with disabilities lead and thrive.
