The Executive Director leads Lamicare DRO Uganda day to day — guiding strategy, partnerships, staff and programmes so that dignity, inclusion and justice remain at the core of everything we do.

Working with the Board and management team, this role ensures transparency, accountability and a relentless focus on the rights and leadership of persons with disabilities across Wakiso and partner communities.
